SkyCable Subscribers Beware!!

I was recently billed by SkyCable for what they claim to be an unpaid billing a year ago. I went to complain and they said this happens all the time. OMG! I'm calling to all the Calamba subscribers of SKYCABLE, please, please, please, keep your receipts even if it's a year ago. Keep them filed and neatly stored so when this happens to you, you will not waste time and energy emailing SkyCable's customer service and getting nothing out of them. Oh, sure they will apologize profusely for their incompetence but you will be the one paying for the consequence.

When asked why it took them almost a year to figure out that they had posted a wrong payment in my account, which by the way I have no way of knowing because I only keep receipts within 3-6 months, they just apologize for billing me after a year. Since I don't have receipts, I have no way of knowing if they are pulling a scam on me and billing me for another month.

Imagine this, you have been receiving your bill for the past year and shows no outstanding balance then all of a sudden you receive your recent bill and it stated that they made a wrong payment posting ONE YEAR AGO on your account and now they are requiring you to pay for it. They offered no consolation to the fact that this was their fault and instead of investigating who made the stupid mistake, they present you with a bill which you have no way of disproving if you don't keep your receipts from bills that you have made payment over a year ago.

This is such a frustrating experience from SKYCABLE. The service was good but being billed twice for the service is SOOOOOO NOT COOL! You would imagine that a big company like this would be so customer service oriented.

I am switching cable provider and will make it my mission to highlight this incompetency.
